Following Apple’s trilogy of special events, and the AirPods Max launch, Apple is probably done for the year with hardware — but there’s more coming. Here’s what you could expect to see come out of Cupertino in early 2021.
Apple made the unprecedented decision to hold three special events in three successive months toward the end of 2020 — and didn’t stop there. Alongside the expected launch of the iPhone 12 range, the Apple Watch Series 6, Apple Watch SE, HomePod mini, new iPads, a trio of Apple Silicon Macs, and lastly the AirPods Max, there is still more in the pipeline.
With the ending of the events and the upcoming holiday sales period, it seems pretty certain that the next new thing Apple will launch will take place sometime in 2021. It’s a case of determining what it will be and when it will arrive.
Given previous hardware rumors and Apple’s usual launch timings for products, though, we stand a fairly good chance of answering both elements.
