To support teachers as they embrace online e-learning during the current school closures, Apple is making its learning specialists available to educators for free one-on-one virtual coaching sessions.
Apple has made its 100+ educators on staff available to help teachers — from K-12 through higher education — manage workflows and online student learning.
Teachers can schedule appointments by emailing Apple Professional Learning. This allows them to request a virtual coaching session. They can also phone an Apple support number and ask to be routed to the correct department.
According to a Wednesday report by USA Today, Apple’s specialists take into account that students may not all have access to the same tech platforms and strive to come up with workarounds.
